As you may or may not have heard we have decided to come up with a set of rules for each of the first 3 ranks in our guild: Trialist, Members and Raiders.

This is a preview of the sort of bonuses each rank will get when the new rules are implenented.
After reading any feedback is welcome, aslong as it is to ME (Sanguines) primarily using either in-game mail or by posting me a private message here on the site).

Trialists:
- This is the most basic and minimum level we are accepted into our 25 man raids.
- You are expected to bring both flasks AND potions (as are everybody) to the raid either by their own hand or buying from our own supply in the guild bank.
- Trialists receive a 10% discount to the guild bank goods. (Item enhancing substances and items).
- It is not always possible to trial everyone on the same week and on the reset after they have been invited for a trial rank. Because of this we ask you to wait with us patiently and join the raids if you are needed.
- Trialists may not be trailed if a strong progression group is being taken made up of a large amount of officers, raiders and members and only a few trialists in order to progress on 25 mans, however this will happen very rarely.
- We cannot confirm any raid spots for you as a trial, we can give you our best estimate about whether we will need you during the week by addressing our guild calendar, but remember being on time to all raids is still something we judge trialists by.
- As a trialist your only chance of receiving an item in the raid is if no current other members in the raid group requires that item for their Mainspecs. If an item drops that you desire and you do not receive it, do not moan in either guild, the raid or in /w to any member of senior guild status. Remember no item drops only once.
- 7 Days offline, without informing Sanguines, Galjin, Concentrate or Moofo using in-game mail or by using a private message on the website, will result in a guild kick. (No exceptions).
-3 Missed raids during a two-week duration will also result in a guild kick.

Members:
- Players at this rank have shown to the guild that their skill level is worth and adequate for the level of progression the guild is currently attempting and has an attendance of at least two 25 man raids per week. (As minimum).
- Members should, as should every rank, follow the same basic rules as trialists, and not ask for invites during raid times.
- Members receive a 25% discount to the guild bank goods. (Item enhancing substances and items).
- This is the lowest rank that can receive items from our raids. (Trialists only receive if nobody else needs).
- Members will have access to the guild bank for 40g worth of repairs on Progression Raid Nights. (This only includes 25 mans).
- Members can purchase items from the guild bank with a deposit of 50% (of the total price) and are allowed to pay the rest of the fee over a week time period.
This rule however can, and will be overridden if a lower or equal rank wants the same item and can pay on the spot.
- Members may have to give up their spot to a trialist (this is only to ensure we do get to trial the new members efficiently and fairly) every so often. Currently we cannot specify the average amount of raids that a member will have to miss, however we will try to make the system as fair as possible.
- Please note that a new warlock trialist will only replace a warlock members raid spot. There will not, and should not be incidents where a feral druid replaces a holy priest (with the member rank status) in a raid group.
- 7 Days offline, without informing Sanguines, Galjin, Concentrate or Moofo using in-game mail or by using a private message on the website, will result in a demotion to social. (No exceptions).
- 10 Days (total) offline, without informing Sanguines, Galjin, Concentrate or Moofo using in-game mail or by using a private message on the website, will result in a guild kick. (No exceptions).
-3 Missed raids during a two-week duration will also result in a guild kick.

Raiders:
- Players at this rank have shown loyalty to the guild and usually have been here a long time and accept pretty much every raid that is on the calendar with an attendance level way above 75%.
- Raiders receive a 25% discount to the guild bank goods. (Item enhancing substances and items).
- This rank, every reset, will receive either a stack of potions, or 3 flasks of their choice to use in the raid.
- Raiders will have access to the guild bank for 60g worth of repairs on Progression Raid nights. (This only includes 25 mans).
- Raiders have a 90% raid security, and will be present in most raids without fail.
- Raiders is the minimum rank that is allowed to ask a raid leader any raid related question during invites time (19:45-20:00), thought pointless messages will be ignored until the raid is complete and full.
- Raiders are trusted members of the guild and may, take items from the guild bank (with officer permission) and pay the fee back gradually over a weeks time period. This rule however can, and will be overridden if a lower or equal rank wants the same item and can pay on the spot.
- 7 Days offline, without informing Sanguines, Galjin, Concentrate or Moofo using in-game mail or by using a private message on the website, will result in a demotion to member. (No exceptions).
- 10 Days (total) offline, without informing Sanguines, Galjin, Concentrate or Moofo using in-game mail or by using a private message on the website, will result in a demotion to social. No exceptions).
- 12 days offline, without informing Sanguines, Galjin, Concentrate or Moofo using in-game mail or by using a private message on the website, will result in a guild kick. (No exceptions).
-3 Missed raids during a two-week duration will also result in a guild kick.

Remember what you have just read is a preview, and that nothing is set in stone. Ideas may dissapear from that list entirely and new ones may come instantaneously.

Nice rules, I like it :)
My only concern is that it might get a bit too complex and time-consuming for the GM and officers to enforce. Especially the GB-discount, repairs, etc.
But if you're up to it, then gogo!

I can set the amount each rank and take out manually. I then, at every progression raid start just turn the repairs to "on". Just gotta remind me to do this everytime we are at arthas.
